Snow and Ice and RAIN!

I hate rain in the winter, not because it makes driving difficult (it does but that can be dealt with) but because it makes people stupid...i mean REALLY stupid. Yesterday night it started raining, it continued on through the night lightly and by morning there was half a centimeter of ice on the roads and it was still raining a bit. Sure that might not seem like a lot but it really is when you have to drive on it. You can almost literally skate on the roads that's how bad some of them are. And do people clue in that the roads are unsafe? no! they drive just as fast as they normally would, i saw a truck drive past me just to swerve on some ice and turn side ways infront of 2 lanes of traffic. Well some people deserve to hit the ditch for being stupid.
